About Alumni Realty Services LLC

Founded in 2020 by Terence A. Bean, Alumni Realty Services is the premier provider of rental properties in Memphis, TN and surrounding areas.  Terence received his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration in 2006 and his Masters Degree in Strategic Leadership in 2018.  While in college, he recognized the need for quality rental properties, which gave life to his aspirations of being an industry leader in Memphis.    As of now, we have surpassed our initial company milestones thanks in no small part to you, the residents we manage for.  We have already enjoyed growth beyond our wildest dreams, all without having to compromise our commitment to the most important thing in our business: our residents.
